What do you consider to be the ultimate snack food?
- Pancit canton! I love it! I know it’s carbo and all but I don’t care. I love it! You can find a recipe here on how to cook one

On a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 as highest), about how popular is your last name?
- I’d have to say a 10. My last name is a very common surname here in the Philippines. This is how common my surname is… when I took the board examinations for Certified Public Accountants in October 1999, there were 6 classrooms with the same surname as mine!Salad:
Who is your all-time favorite sitcom character, and why?
- It would probably be Phoebe of FRIENDS. I like how simple her life is and how she takes things in stride.
Main Course:
Do you shop online? If so, name some sites you like to browse for goodies.
- I don’t really shop online. But when I do check for some things, like check out shop branches, locations and the like, I go to Click the City. For goodies, the ever reliable Amazon.com. But those are just for items I ask my friend to buy for me.
Dessert:

- I think this site should be updated for than twice a week. I have been too busy these past few days but I have a lot to tell you guys. I will try to write it this weekend and just schedule posting it.

I loved pancit canton. It’s always the one I get when there are other pancits, but lately I’ve opted against it. I’ve started to look at the nutrition fact/info in back and found out it has about 70 – 80% saturated fat in it. Whoaaaa! That’s going to clog my arteries like there’s a sig alert on the freeway. Now I’m into bihon, sotanghon and other pancits with less, a lot less or no saturated fat in it…if there’s such a thing. ha ha ha
