Thursday 13 #2: 13 Things I am hoping to get for my birthday
Thirteen Things I am hoping to get for my birthday1. A laptop! Wishful thinking… but you know you can never discount the possibility of a charitable act from someone. Or a windfall.2. A new cellphone. Been using my Smartphone for almost 4 years now if I’m not mistaken. It served as my phone, ebook reader, dictionary, mp3 player, mpeg player, notepad, etc. I think it’s high time for my phone to ‘retire’ and enjoy its remaining life.
3. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Was not able to reserve one. I wish my sister will give me this book hehe
4. Books, books and more books. Basta no sci-fi for me. Had enough of it already. I’m into mystery-thriller, those Oprah book club selections, and many more. If in doubt, ask me 
5. A Nissan Frontier. Or a Ford Everest. I know, not the cars a girl would typically ask for. But I don’t like the small cars kasi. It can be crushed easily by a big car when a collision happens. I wonder what this says about my psychological being.
6. A trip to somewhere I’ve never been to. I am seriously thinking of going to Vigan. Or Bohol. The week after my birthday I’ll be going to Baguio again with my bestfriend Lem. 3 days yey! I do hope it won’t rain on those days.
7. A trip to Bangkok or Malaysia or Singapore. All expense paid trip!
8. A tourist visa for a trip to Japan. I think I am a Japanese in my previous life, if you really believe that. I love that country! It’s been a dream of mine to tour the whole country. Very costly though. I don’t have that kind of money yet. Soon…
9. A week off from work. Hahaha I know THIS is wishful thinking. I’ll settle for 1 day instead. I will avail of my time off in lieu, so I can wake up late on my birthday and spend the morning not rushing to work.
10. A simple “happy birthday” from him. I do hope he remembers. Same goes to my friends. I really wish they’d remember. A call, a text message, an email… I get teary-eyed and all emotional when I get a message from a friend on my birthday. Don’t forget to greet me will yah?
11. A pillow, a big huggable stuff toy, anything shaped as slippers, cute little things that will add to my clutter at home hahaha
12. A worry-free, laughter-filled, truly happy blessed day.
13. Good health and more wealth
I know my friends will read this. I am shameless! Oh and you know what? A liposuction in Beverly Hills sounds like a lovely gift as well! Hahaha…
And by the way, my birthday will be by next next Friday

happy bday sasha…kailan nga ba yun?….. i am keeping all these wishes in my prayers so at least, kahit ilan man lang doon ay matupad– well, about your trip to bangkok–i can offer my PAL rewards to you since the last time i went home in january ay hindi ko man lang naasikasong maipamigay ang rewards ng PAL mileage ko and so, they must be piling up now— let me know para ma send ko sayo by mail ang application form with your name on it as the beneficiary kasi sayang naman kung sa tinagal tagal ay ma porfeit ito– the other year ay nagawa kong maibigay sa isa kong frend ang rewards good for two-kaya lang local flght lang yun- round trip to Boracay yun…

I want everything on your list too! Well, maybe, except #10. I wouldn’t want the “him” you’re referring to to suddenly greet me happy birthday because first of all I don’t know him, and second, my birthday is not for another six months. LOL.
I wish you’ll get them all on your birthday! I’m crossing my fingers for you. Especially #5! haha. (I also don’t like small cars, I want an SUV for myself naman. Haha, libre lng mangarap. :D) So when is your birthday exactly? hehe

waaaaah, sorry ate sasha! naging mahigpit lang ang panahon sakin (lol) busy bee mommy kaya ganun. nakuuuu, buti na lang pala nabasa ko toh bday nyo pala! next friday na kamo? weeeee advance happy birthday, ate sash! nakakatuwa naman yang thursday thirteen, hmmm gusto ko ren mag ganyan, baka sa susunod pupuwede, looks like fun. Here’s hoping the day brings you lots of goodies from this list. Especially the travel parts, but the week off from work doesn’t sound bad, either.

Love the list, did you mention diamonds in there somewhere?
If not, you should, if you get some loose diamonds and don’t want to make a nifty piece of jewelry-you could pawn them off for one of the other things on your list that you REALLY wanted :o)

May I recommend the iPhone? I don’t want to know how it is the first version and has bugs to work out. Don’t want to hear that it will cost half the price in a couple years. I love mine….love that I have one. Love that I am the only person I know who has one!!!
