The Glorietta incident

Friday morning I was not feeling well. Nahihilo and masakit ang sikmura. I opted to go home around lunch time because I want to go to sleep. Nung nasa baba na ako ng building namin, naisip kong dumaan muna sa Glorietta para maglakad-lakad muna at baka sakaling mawala yung kakaibang nararamdaman ko. So I asked the taxi driver to take me to Glorietta. But when we’re already in Paseo de Roxas, I changed my mind.

And thank God I did. Had I not changed my mind, I would be in Glorietta as well when the bombing of Glorietta 2 happened.

I just woke up around 4pm Friday when I heard the news from my family. Believe me, ganon pala ang pakiramdam ng tunay na relief, nakakapanlambot.

We watched the news and it was really sad to see what some evil people can do. 9 confirmed dead and so many injured. Di man lang inisip nung gumawa na kung government ang target niya kapuwa naman niya civilian ang naperwisyo niya!

Let’s all pray for the victims of this Glorietta bombing. Let’s also pray that this won’t happen again.

    ey sis sashing…salamt naman sa Diyos at hindi ka tumuloy…..
    kahapon ipinag Misa namin ang mga namatay sa incident…
    iniisip ko sila jeff at ronnie kasi nagpupunta yung mga yun sa glorietta ehhh….sana naman magparamdam sila na ok sila– i checked jeff’s blogs- no update. but ronnie had.

    oh, thanks God you’re safe! It’s not your time sis! well, too bad that these wicked people got nothing to do but wage death to innocent people! Grrr…

    Pareho tayo Sasha. My husband and I were supposed to go to Glorietta din pero something came up kaya di kami natuloy. It’s a blessing in disguise for us (I shared it on Aloha Friday). We thank God for protecting us from harm.

    I feel sad for those who died and got injured. May God bless them and their families.

    And I hope the people responsible for this explosion will be caught.

    Thank god I wasnt there coz when I am in Makati I usually visit that mall and greenbelt too. But I feel sad for the victims as well

    Napanood din namin dito yung bombing sa Glorietta. Ano kaya ang nararamdaman ng mga may gawa noon kapag nakikita yung epekto ng pagsabog? Kawawa naman yung mga biktima.

    thank god at okay ka ngaun! buti na lang at nagbago ang isip mo…

    i feel bad sad sa mga biktima! napanood ko sa news yung about dyan sa Glorietta, nakakakilabot!

    kaya nga tawag agad ako sa mga bata sis, you know…iwas muna sila sa lakwatsa at delikado.
    di ka na napapasyal sa bahay ko ah, naku…tigil na iyang katutulog at lalo kang mage-gain weight hala ka! :)

    Buti na lang at hindi gimmickera ang anak ko. Just imagine how we all would feel if something happened to you? Lagnat nga lang worried na kami, yan pa kayang Makati blast na yan.

    Naku mare, mabuti naman at hindi ka tumuloy. Napanood ko yung kuha ng CCTV, para akong nanood ng sine. Kakatakot, sobrang trauma siguro yung mga nakaranas ng ganoong pagsabog.
    Pray for justice for the victims.

    narinig ko ito when i was at the dentist….instead masakit, nawala sa takot sa narinig, kasi alam ko yon niece ko lakwatsa daw dito,,….
