Alexa ranking

Alexa ranking has been acting up for a few days now. It has been erratic in its ranking that most of my blogs have swinging ranks. I know that the rank changes daily. But the swing is really in big numbers. This blog for instance. I have been in the 120K for quite some time now. And then all of a sudden, despite the traffic, my Alexa rank dipped. I went to the 130K ranking. When I opened my blog today, it was already in the 230K ranks! That’s a 100K dip. Wow.
I also checked my other blog, My Own Utopia and the Alexa rank dipped by 300K! Ridiculous!
Have you experienced a big dip yourself?

Alexa ranking is pure nonsense! People, who visit your site, have to have installed some alexa toolbar, so you could have higher ranking, and it even does not work on other that MIE. And there are less and less people who use mie. Mostly it is Opera and Firefox. For example I know a site with 4OOO visitors a day and alexa ranking is only 100K.

Hi! Hmmnn. My Alexa is at 4million plus, lol! so I guess, I do not feel it just yet. You know, just new here. But, if that was the case and as your first commentator told so, I guess, Alexa should redeem itself.
