Earthquake in Southern California
By Sasha on Jul 30, 2008 in Community issues

An earthquake with a magnitude 5.4 that registered on the Richter Scale rocked the Pomona, California area this morning. No casualties were reported (thank God) but the earthquake was felt across Southern California.
For all the bloggers in this area, take care and I hope all of you are doing fine.

No worries – it was all good. My roommate and I were sitting in our West Los Angeles apartment when it started shaking. We got up and ran to the doorway of our kitchen – which pretty much has all the knives and glasses near it.
My earthquake expert boyfriend said our apartment is in the worst spot of the building. sigh.
My cousins in Diamond Bar said some things fell but everything was fine.
