Wordpress exploit

I was not able to post anything this past weekend because of the stupid Wordpress exploit that happened to most of my blogs. I had to remove the installation and start fresh. I don’t want to simply upgrade the Wordpress version I am using. I want to make sure that I got rid of whatever bugs that exploit did to my php files. Thank goodness the only thing on my to-do list last weekend was to check a truck rental that my dad asked me to. Other than that, I devoted my free time to fixing the issues with the remv.php file that Bluehost told me about.
I am an accountant, a CPA. I'd been working for 10 years as a corporate rat when I decided to quit. I am now working at home as a consultant and full time blogger.

Sorry to hear bout that. At least you were able to have your blog back up. Have you figured out how the exploit happened or how that alien file got into your web folder?

Glad you got everything fixed up. I have one night mare after another myself for two weeks now with my PC. It’s not fun!!
