Staying up late

Staying up late makes one lose weight. Just a bit but enough to make you feel like you are taking diet pills. My friend who’s working in a call center is telling me how her work helped her lose weight. Of course, this is not a healthy way to lose weight. But since she does not have any choice right now, with regards to work that is, then she’s taking everything positively.

    staying up late got me sick. Very sick. I was so exhausted that I became a host for all kind of illnesses. Not a very good idea and definately not for a long time, unless you get rest early in the day. Sadly I didn’t even loose an ounce, well, not before I got sick
