Mixed feelings

An uncle of mine loves to smoke cigars. It relaxes him, he says. When there’s a special occasion and he knows that someone in the family will give him a gift, he requests cigars so he won’t run out of stock.
I’ve mixed feelings over this but since it makes him happy and he’s not hurting anybody… Plus, he does it in moderation even if he does sound like a selfish old toad when it comes to his cigars.
