I was snobbed.

I saw a blogger I was friends with in the past. She ignored me when she saw me. I know she recognized me because there’s a spark of recognition on her face. I recognized her, too and would have greeted her had she didn’t sped up the escalator with her family. She might be reading this now and it’s the truth, girl.
Anyway, I didn’t lose anything with the snob. I didn’t lose sleep over it enough to use the best eye cream for dark circles. I just shrugged my shoulders and moved on. I told my friend who’s with me about it. We both laughed about the fact that she might be thinking I will initiate small talk when in fact all I had in mind was to just acknowledge her, nod and say that we’re in a hurry.

I am an accountant, a CPA. I'd been working for 10 years as a corporate rat when I decided to quit. I am now working at home as a consultant and full time blogger.
