		<description>Hi sis!

Well, I came from the government sector before going here in Dubai and I must say, yes, there are a lot of govt. employees who are so rude. They need mega-doses of customer service training and happy pills. Inis din ako kasi whenever I extend help while I was in the govt service, people see me as weird for being accommodating. My principle was (and still is...), we were supposed to be service oriented folks so it was just right to provide service with a smile no matter how simple the request was.
You haven&#039;t met the staff of the Phil. Consulate here in Dubai. Madami naman mabait pero kung Filipino ka, you&#039;ll be too embarrassed to be associated with Filipinos like them kasi iba kung makitungo sa kapwa. May nareklamo na nga na kababayan dun sa office na iyon and we sent the letter to everyone who can escalate the matter to the Office of the President dyan. Nakakahiya ang service... Hay sis, sometimes, kahit ayaw mong maging rude, you just have to give them a taste of their own medicine.

Hugs,
Ria C
