red bell peppers

Bell peppers are an excellent source of vitamins A and C. One raw pepper provides more vitamin C than one cup of orange juice. Because cooking can destroy some vitamin C, you will get the most benefit from peppers if you eat them raw.

PS: sorry for the first 4 linkies, i edited the post i didnt notice i deleted the linkies. i just entered your links personally.

  22. Great MM “red” post. I believe all veg are healthier eaten raw as much is destroyed during cooking - vitamins, minerals, enzimes…

Everyone is invited to my blog. Hope to see you there.

  26. tagal ko na ding hindi nakapunta dito..

Ay, nagtanim ako ng pepper last week, mostly sa mga niluluto ko may bell pepper kasi kaya nagtanim na lang ako, ngayon tumutubo na siya. Hindi ko alam rich source of Vit C pala to. Kinakain ko half-cooked na bell pepper

lipat na pala ako sa ibang tirahan, just for your info Mousey.Good day
