0ne Friday night I went to have a sleep over at my eldest sister’s house. The night was spent bonding with my nephews and nieces. In the morning of the next day, we went to the park early for a walk. The sun was still rising when we got there. After participating at the park’s free aerobics class, we went on jogging around the park. We took Jacob, their Dalmatian pet dog with us. We were happy playing when someone bumped my right shoulder. Both of us were surprise to see each other while saying how sorry we are. I bumped into my old boss. She was my superior in my first job. She told me that she just came back from Nebraska, where she spent a month long vacation. She also went their to visit Nebraska Denstist and let her teeth under go some laser based process to make them perfectly white. She discovered that one can save money with Lincoln Dentist. Its so affordable to enjoy the services of the dentist there. She was also suggesting that if I have the opportunity to travel, I should go to Nebraska to get my teeth pampered there. As she spoke, I noticed her perfectly pearly white teeth glistening like those in toothpaste commercials. She didn’t have those when I was working with her. She had off white turning to yellow teeth because she was a coffee addict then and a chain smoker as well. She said I should contact her if I plan to go to there. I can go with her because she will be going back there early next year. I told her I will think about it. Then she asked me my where abouts. We kinda updated each other for an hour and a half.
My sister in law called up the phone while ago to tell us about the new commercial real estate in town. She wanted to inform us about it since last week but she can’t contact us. She said she tried to call us but no one answered the phone. I heard a lot of time our phone rang but I didnt answered them because whenever I saw an anonymous caller in our phonr ID, its my habit not to answer it. Anyway my sister law informed us that if we are interested in the real estate, she can help us because she has a friend working in that company. For the meantme we need to think thoroughly about this.
The past few days we experience storms, snow and strong winds. I thought the weather was not good today but the sun shined the whole day till sunset. Upon seeing the sunshined this early morning, I was happy and thought that I can bring out my outdoor furniture and have breakfast in out terrace. But sad to say the temperature outside is three degrees celcius. I waited for lunch time but still it was cold. Anyway to enjoyed the sun, we walk in the city market and ended up in the ice cream house for a taste of my favorite flavor of gelato.
Last week I pampered myself and I went shopping fornew clothes, lingerie, a pair of shoes and a day in my hair dresser. I got my nails cleaned and polished and a new hair cut a short one. I love days like this when I can reward myself by this simple joy I have. A time for myself alone just to be alone thinking for my only self.
My niece visited us last wednesday night, he first called us up to asked if he can dropped by. It was in time that we had our dinner and so we invited him to join us. In our conversation with each other I found out that he and his family are doing fine. He also gave the reason why he came today to asked hubby about online car insurance because he wanted to change his car insurance provider to save more. So after the dinner, they talked about it and hubby was willing to help him. He was so happy for that and thanked us for the dinner too as he bade us goodbye.
