My friend who is working has been based in New York and working in somewhat like New York IT Outsourcing, sent me an email last week. It was one of the longest emails I have ever received since I learned the use of the electronic mail. But I don’t blame her for writing that long. We have not been in contact for almost two years now. She wrote about almost all her happy, embarrassing, wacky, and unpleasant experiences in the big apple. We really need to take time to update each other. We both went online for a chat and I learned she enrolled also in a culinary arts. I also told her that one of our friend is also moving in their and she was very happy about it. She asked me if we can chat with our other friend. And so, I called up our friend who is miraculously not busy. She also went online to chat with us. We chatted for the whole day just updating one another. I almost forget the time and I was already late to go to school so I decided to be absent that day. Hahah… I just made an excuse letter that I was sick that day what a lie from me. Anyway my two friends was laughing at me when they have learned that.
Last week we went on the week sales in the shopping center of our town. Hubby wanted to buy a new television and hoping he can find discounted electronics there. Good thing we didn’t find any since the prices are still expensive. In fact I despise him buying a new since our old one is still functioning and that we can save a little money this time. We went also on the clothing sales for summer dresses and there I bought some pieces of t-shirts. When we were on our way to the café shop we meet hubby’s nephews and their parents. The boys wanted to buy Soccer Equipment since they are into sport. We invited them to have a refreshment at the café shop first but the boys insisted to go directly to the shop because maybe the equipments will all be sold out. They are really fascinated with this game. Their school’s physical education curriculum involve the kids into outdoor games and what they are into right now is playing soccer. 0ne time they got home from school, the told their parents that they wanted to become a professional soccer player someday like David Beckham. What good thing about this is that their parents are very supportive about this dream of their children.
I met my one of my college classmate in the net when I stumble upon her account on friendster. We were happy to update each other since we haven’t talked and meet one another since they migrated abroad. She was also married now with a daughter. We reminisced one of our college activities before then including parties where we rideshare and in groups going to concerts. We were laughing hard to remember our naughtiness including the examination test on music we skipped. We were to asked to read notes then and we hate that music class. We decided not to take anymore the test and we went to the movie house. It was funny to look back those things. She asked me also if I still have contact with our other classmate. I told her that they will be having a reunion this coming month and I also wished to attend but I cant go home due to my work. I also gave her the other account of our classmate so she can contact them. She was very glad to have them. She is also planning to have a vacation in our place soon and hoping to meet our classmate before. For now she is my constant chat mate and she never fails a story to tell.
