How reliable is the Commission on Election (Comelec)? The governors of both Bulacan and Pampanga are both declared wrongful winners of the past election. Both Joselito Mendoza and Ed Panlilio, governors of Bulacan and Pampanga, respectively, are now being asked to step down from their seat. This in favor of Roberto Pagdanganan and Lilia Pineda. [...]
