Kids and adults together
My sister’s company is planning a company outing. They are voting for either a picnic at this popular new park in their area or a cocktail party at one of the famous bars in the city. The mothers are all for the picnic. I should tell my sister that Event Solutions can prepare a great Los Angeles Company Picnic for the company.
Event Solutions is a company who offers not only catering but can also prepare a line up of activities for every one. Imagine not having anything more to do but invite everyone and pay for their services. They can prepare every little thing and take care of it while the event is ongoing. They can even get valet services for you, do you know that? Thinking of an Orange County Company Picnic? I have the best events solutions for you.
Go and visit EventSolutions.com now, the best Los Angeles Event Planning. I believe my sister will suggest this in their next meeting. You might want to check the web site as well and opt for an event where the adults and kids can be together.
A few days from now…
It will be a little less than three weeks from now and it’s Halloween already. I can just imagine the excitement of little kids and the frantic preparations of mothers out there for the little kids’ costumes. I have friends who are also excited as early as a week ago. They are also preparing for Halloween parties that will be held in a span of three days.
I would like to celebrate as well but I might be out of town that week, attending to business. So as not to disappointed the little kids at home, I think I will order some halloween gift baskets to be delivered to the little kids I adore a lot… my little cousins! Halloween in our family is really for the kids, and sometimes, even for the kids at heart. We all love how these kids would go from house to house for trick or treat and would come home with more candies than they can eat. In reality, I believe kids just love looking at a mountain of candies but they don’t really want to eat the lot of them.
Anyway, the Halloween gift baskets are from 1-800-Flowers.com and these are called Web of Treats Cookie Basket that retails for $49.99. Just enough for a bunch of kids at home from me. Go visit the web site now for other Halloween treats you can give not only to kids but also to those who are still kids at heart.
A clearer picture
The thinking cap is still on and slowly, I am getting a clearer picture of the future of this blog. It’s really hard to come up with the exact plan because it keeps changing. I have some concrete ideas already, but it still some polishing. Hmm…
Several blogs are the inspiration for this change. I will mention them in time. For now, I will have to make sure that the changes will be cohesive, otherwise it will all make this blog a big mess.
Can you understand what I just wrote? *lol
Tatang Akismet
It amazes me really how many spam comments I get in a day. I check my spam folder from time to time because there are comments from bloggers that get included there. Bluepanjeet is a suki hehe… So I notice right off that there are always hundreds of spam comments in a day for me.
I have written this already in my other blog but then again, I haven’t really gotten a good answer. Are these spammers earning money from the spam comments? I think they do. But how much? Because if you notice these spammers, they keep on coming back to your site. Again and again. That requires time. I wonder how much are these spammers earning per spam comment. Hmm…
Paypal exchange rate
Just as I had expected, the exchange rate in Paypal today is:
Exchange rate: 1 U.S. Dollar = 45.8580 Philippine Pesos
When I checked the other day, the peso rate was somewhere around 44+. Wow!
If you are thinking of making a withdrawal, now is a good time to do so. It just might be a peso difference but if you are withdrawing money you worked hard for, that is still something. Of course, this topic applies to Paypal Philippines only
US-Peso exchange rate
The exchange rate closed at Php46.95 : $1 today. Hooray for us bloggers who are earning on the side! I was watching the evening news today when I saw it. I know that I should not feel too happy about it because that would mean our economy is slipping. Again. But then, last year, the peso was down and life was so much better for many Filipinos.
Anyway, I will try and withdraw my Paypal money later. I might be getting a good rate today
