Looking for the cap…

I’ve been in a quandary as to the topics I will post in this blog. I believe I already mentioned that in several posts already. But I have yet to come up with a concrete idea. There are friends who suggest that I write about PageRank and the like. But I already figured out that the other blog will be utilizing those topics.

I am looking for my thinking cap and will be putting it on this weekend. Hopefully, I will come up with something

Wordpress or Blogger?

Instead of using Wordpress in my new blogs, I hosted it in Blogger.com instead. As I previously mentioned, I was having problems with my current bandwidth. I believe it was because of the scripts issue that I had before. I have active blogs and sometimes, there are conflicts because of it. So to remedy it, I am hosting some of my new blogs in Blogger. I might feel the need to transfer to Wordpress at a later time but for now, it will have to do.

And I hope this will work out fine.

Bandwidth problems

The problem of having a number of blogs all hosted in a single web host and all very active is that you will surely run into bandwidth issues sooner or later. I just experienced this a number of times ever since I transferred to another web host. It takes only a few minutes but I am worried that it would be timed when advertisers are checking any of my blogs.

Oh well… more about this issue in my next couple of posts.

Other than work…

There is life other than just work. Outside of the office, you can have fun and live the life you want. And I encourage you to do so. Work will always be there. It may not be with the same company. It may not be the same position. But there will be work. Now, with your life… you only have one and you need to be able to enjoy it.

Sunroom at home

I have been reading historical romance novels since I was in high school. I love being sent back in time and would read at least three novels in a week. That’s how much I love reading those novels. Well, in almost every novel, you can find a sunroom where the ladies take their tea. For years, I have always wanted one for home. Where I can entertain friends who will visit me or my siblings. I found this lovely sunroom model at Energy Doctor that I believe I will show my uncle. If we cannot buy one from them, I might as well ask my uncle to built a similar room for the house.

You know, most of the ideas at home, we get from architectural magazines, home and garden, and similar web sites. When you surf these web sites, or read these magazines, you will find a lot of ideas that you can copy or adjust to suit your tastes. We’ve been doing that at home ever since. We all love reading and well, my mom taught us girls to frequent the home section of department stores. So you can bet the rooms at home would look familiar to you, except for the clutter, of course.
