Weekend Snapshot #20 - My bebes
My brother, James, with our little cutie at home, Hazel.
My brother graduated in high school last Holy Week. He is the only one left studying in the family and will start college in June.
Happy weekend everyone! God bless!
Weekend Snapshot #19 - Happy Easter!

Have a fun-filled week ahead everyone!
Weekend Snapshot #18 - Near heaven

This shot was taken the weekend we went to Mines View Park in Baguio. I chose this photo for this week’s Weekend Snapshot entry because looking at this photo, I feel closer to heaven.
This coming week is the Holy Week, tomorrow being Palm Sunday. This coming week is the best time to meditate and re-evaluate how we live our lives. Are we being true to ourselves? Is this the way we want our lives to be?
Have a blessed weekend and Holy Week everyone!
Weekend Snapshot #17 - Sunset in sepia

My brother took this shot the weekend we visited my mom’s grave. Have a productive week ahead everyone!
Thanks for always visiting
Weekend Snapshot #16 - Baguio City revisited

My sisters Vi, Rox and I went to Baguio City last weekend. We went there to tour the city because my sister Vi hadn’t been there and to attend my bestfriend’s wedding as well.
We stayed at a hotel at Session Road, the Prime Hotel. The hotel is clean and is strategically located. It is very near restaurants and fastfood chains. You only have to cross the street and you’d be at the foot of the Baguio Cathedral. You only need to walk about 3-5 minutes and you’re in SM Baguio already. Walk about 3 minutes and you’ll be at the Burnham Park.
Anyway, here are some photos from our Baguio trip… (please click on the photo to enlarge it for a better view)
The Bell Church at the boundary of La Trinidad province
I really love this place! It is a Chinese Buddhist temple and it is very lovely and serene. You will notice that the place has sort of a lesson being imparted by means of the steps up the highest chapel. You can choose between two steps/paths: a rocky path or a smooth path. The rocky one is sort of the less used steps but turns out to be the easiest steps to climb. The other one is the complete opposite. Sometimes it is better to take the road less traveled. Hmm…
My sisters and I had taking so many photos at this place.
Strawberry Farm at La Trinidad province
We had fun picking strawberries at the farm
Minesview Park (I suggest you enlarge this photo, you won’t regret it
We feasted our eyes with this magnificent view at Minesview Park. It is really cold there that time and we took a lot of photos as well.
There you go. I will post more photos in the coming days… Have a fun week everyone!
Weekend Snapshot #15 - Baguio City

My sisters and I are off to Baguio this weekend. We have opted to go a week earlier than the Panagbenga weekend because my bestfriend is getting married on Monday, February 18th. Panagbenga is Flower Festival to those who do not know it. It is an annual festival at the cold city of Baguio. Baguio is a beautiful tourist destination here in the Philippines.
Happy weekend everyone! See you on Wednesday.
Weekend Snapshot #14 - Kiddie carts

These kiddie carts shaped as cars, horses (as shown above) and so many others are being rented out in malls. This is a really great idea because you get to shop all you want while your kid can have fun riding his or her kiddie cart.
This weekend was a payday weekend here in the Philippines. And just like any other payday weekend, there is a 3-day sale which started last Friday and will end later tonight (Sunday). We went to the mall Friday and Saturday to take advantage of the ongoing sale. We brought Hazel with us and she had a great time riding her kiddie horse cart.
Enjoy your week ahead everyone!

Weekend Snapshot #13 - Kitten love
I am early for this edition of the Weekend Snapshot. I might be out this weekend so I better post earlier than usual.
The photo of the cute little kitten above is not mine. I stumbled upon it yesterday and I thought I’d share it with you guys. I just love the look the kitten has in that photo. If it’s a dog, you’d call that look “puppy look”. I so love that photo and I know my friend, Joshua, will like it as well.
Happy weekend everyone! May you have a fun-filled weekend and a great new week ahead

Weekend Snapshot #12
I am late in posting for this weekend’s WS entry. Anyway, here is a shot of an area of Tiendesitas one time I went there. Beautiful place to buy antique items.
Have a great week ahead everyone!
Weekend Snapshot #11
It was a blessedly safe New Year’s eve celebration for the whole family. As usual, we spent it at my grandma’s place with some cousins. A cousin of mine is into professional photography and I just learned of it during the celebration. He had this awesome Canon camera complete with tripod and lens and all. This is a shot he took that night. Fireworks coming from a Chinese family residence near our place.
How was your New Year’s eve celebration?
Tomorrow signals the end of a long, happy and enjoyable holiday vacation for me and a lot of people in the country. Students and office workers alike will have no choice but to troop to their respective schools and offices. Personally, I can’t wait to go back to my normal routine. I think I gained A LOT during my self-imposed holiday vacation and it would be great to shed some of it starting tomorrow. I had so much fun attending family gatherings and just being with the family. I was also able to catch up with my lack of sleep and is really well-rested now.
So to everyone who will be having a hard time getting back to reality (of studies and work)… have an energetic week ahead!
Weekend Snapshot #10
So sorry to WS and to all the weekenders. I was not able to participate for 2 consecutive weeks due to weekends spent out, getting back my offline weekend life is fun!
I wish everyone a great payday weekend!
Keep safe!
Weekend Snapshot #9
We went to Robinson’s Place Mall at Ermita, Manila one weekend with our little ‘alaga’. She had so much fun looking and pointing at these mall display of stuffed animals.
I am a bit late posting this weekend. I tried to stay offline the whole day yesterday and just read and watch tv. That’s a record for me. For the past 6 months, I have been online for more than 15 hours daily. So yesterday was like a lazy rest day for me woohoo!
Have a safe productive week ahead everyone!
