Sleep study

Not all people are blessed with the ability to fall asleep within minutes of lying down on his or her bed. I know there are people who can even sleep while sitting, some even on the road aboard public utility. I envy those people who have that ability. If I could only undergo a sleep study to determine my sleep pattern and if there is something wrong with me. I can’t sleep earlier than two in the morning. For some reason, if I try to sleep early, I wake up almost every hour. I think I have a sleeping disorder.

At the Florida sleep study, one of the symptoms that you have a sleeping disorder is excessive daytime sleepiness. I experience this a lot. I also cannot think that much in the morning. That is the reason I do tasks that do not ask too much for me to think in the morning. And then I take naps in the afternoon to make the sleepiness go away.
