DSL Connection Error 678
My Bayantel DSL connection was down the whole day. I tried connecting using dial up but the connection was so slow I was not able to finish anything except two pending tasks I have. I called up Bayantel to ask what went wrong and a tech support told me that their servers were down this morning. I was asked to wait for at least 4 hours before I try connecting again. But after around 2 hours, another tech support called me up telling me that everything was okay already and to try connecting again. I did and nothing happened. I get an Error 678 everytime I try to connect to Bayantel. I was told that they couldn’t see anything wrong on their end and that they will just dispatch a technician to check my modem.
A few minutes ago, I tried connecting again, hoping the connection is restored. Nothing happened. Error 678. In my frustration, I re-connected and while the modem is attempting reconnection, I slapped my table and guess what? It solved the problem! I got connected again! Hahaha
So that’s the solution to the Error 678 I get everytime I try to reconnect. A slap on the table top! lol

Think differently
Have you heard about Neuro Linguistic Programming or NLP? This is a set of ideas or techniques wherein you will be taught to change your life or influence others in changing theirs. I have always wanted to influence others in a positive way. No, I do not have grand dreams of becoming an Oprah Winfrey or some other big celebrity doing good to so many people. I only want to influence those around me. I want to be a positive example to my siblings and cousins. I want to be positive to my friends. But I can only do so much. I am not an expert in influencing others. I do not have some grand scheme that I follow.
Now, Richard Bandler was a big dreamer when he created NLP. Imagine the power you have over other people. You can change your life. You can change their lives. You can make things happen not only for you but for others as well. It is an exhilarating feeling, I tell you. I like to think that I helped changed the lives of two people I know. Extending a helping hand and just being positive throughout the trial one has faced in the past.
Paul McKenna wrote the books I Can Make You Thin, I Can Make You Rich and Change Your Life in 7 days. These books are based on NLP. The title of the books alone would make you think already. Am I right? Is it only me? I know you are also thinking of things that you can do starting today.
