Life insurance

The grandmother of my sister’s friend died a few days ago. She was a dear woman who lived a full life and dedicated her last years taking care of the family. Her kids loved her so much and they are giving a good send-off for her.
When we went to the wake, I talked to one of the kin about life insurance. The deceased had none. To spend for the wake, the second to the eldest child borrowed money from friends. It just made me realize that had the deceased taken a life insurance when she was still alive, her love ones could have spent that insurance money to pay for her wake and burial. It made me realize how important a life insurance is. You don’t want to bother those you left behind, right?
