Leon and his associates are taking their chances on unsecured business loans. They need the funds for a new client coming in. Since all most of their cash is tied up in other projects running at the moment, they have no other recourse but to borrow money seeing as they are bent on taking on the new client.
Since the company has a good credit standing with a couple of big banks in the country, Leon and his associates know that they will be given a business loan as soon as possible. But they are not going to take chances. They will get a company to help them prepare the paperwork. Hopefully, it will be done the soonest possible time.
