Watching TV

When we are all home - my sisters, my brother, Hazel and my dad - expect the tv to be on. We love watching tv together, especially when the news is on. You can say that it’s one of the activities that bond us together. Some people would say it’s not good, always watching tv. But I say that it depends on what you actually watch. At home, news is always on. Local news or CNN or Fox. We also love to watch local magazine shows. Travel & Living, Discovery, Bio, History, Crime & Investigation. And HBO.

Watching tv can be a way to take your mind off your worries. I want to get tv and tv stands for the grandparents this coming holidays. When you get older, you worry a lot about so many things. Holiday gifts list

It is now less than 70 days before Christmas. After Halloween, holiday preparations will be in full blast. I am already thinking of generic gifts for her and him. Regrettable chat

Does she need a wrinkle cream already? Does she have to submit herself to a liposuction procedure? A face lift perhaps? Is her hairline thinning fast?

I took the time to talk to her one early morning I went online. I thought that we would catch up on what happened to each one us in the months we haven’t had time to chat. Strict on dad's health

I must admit that I am hard on my dad. I am strict with him regarding his health and I would lay a guilt trip on him if it meant he’ll take care of his health better. I hate that he is letting others tempt him when he is already doing great.

One of my fears with regards to my dad is him having colon problems. I know that this is very common on older men. My dad’s not getting any younger so I want him to be more careful with what he eats or the medicines he drinks. I have read colon cleansing reviews and I am thinking of asking our family doctor if my dad needs one now.

I always tell my dad that we already lost a parent. We don’t want to lose another soon. So I am strict with him about his health not because I get a kick out of being the parent but because I don’t want my siblings and I to lose the only remaining parent we have.

Realizations…

Because of the recent calamities, it made me and my sisters realize that we need to get a fast weight loss product to help us lose weight. What if we were the ones in those situations where we need to climb to the roof of the house? We couldn’t do it for sure. If there’s no stairs to climb easily, it would be hard for us to propel ourselves up. As heavy as I am, I don’t think I can even climb as fast as I need to should the water level rises where I am.

Who knew that a calamity as devastating as typhoons Ondoy and Pepeng would hit the country? Ondoy sneaked in the middle of the night! I don’t want to find a calamity sneaking in on me and to find myself helpless because I didn’t take care of myself in the first place.

Next summer
