Food supplement.

We have this variety of health capsules in the market like the liver capsule (to clean our liver), for kidney stones, and a lot more. Now comes a new type of supplement which aids to help clean our colon. This new colon cleanser, in my opinion, is a great addition to the family of supplements. But of course, the best way still is proper diet and regular exercise. Plus eating of fruits and green veggies will surely keep us away from harm and sickness.
