Nope, it’s not what you think - water (hydro) + cut = water cut but it is “a nutritional supplement marketed under the MuscleTech brand by Iovate Health Sciences Inc., designed to help consumers lose weight.” I admit that I’ve gained weight when I start working butI just don’t think that I’ll be needing this supplement.

But for those who are interested to lose weight, here are some benefits and side effects of taking a supplement with hydroxycut. The obvious benefit is fat loss and weight control. It is said to be very effective because it increases your metabolism and decreases your appetite. But be warned with its side effects! Your heart rate might increase, be hyperactive, experience nose bleeds and have an acne outbreak (eew!). So taking this kind of supplement depends on you exactly. Remember to take everything moderately and love your body always.
