Credit report dispute

Friday, May 15th, 2009

A friend of mine has a Credit Report Dispute issue with one of the big credit card companies here in the country. He is having a hard time clearing this issue with them. The thing is, it is fine with my friend if the issue will run its due course. But then he is newly married and he wants to be able to loan some money to furnish the townhouse he’s renting with his wife. Since the Bad Credit report is blocking his loan applications in three major banks here, he is seeking professional help to be able to dispute the credit report that was erroneously posted in his name, as far as he is concerned.

Legacy Legal can help individuals seeking to get their Fix Credit services. They can help those with bad credit report and turn them around. Personally, I think this is great. So many persons out there made bad financial decisions in the past. But those same persons are now willing to do their best to be good creditors once again.

If you need help like my friend, credit report disputes or bad credit reports, go and get the help of Legacy Legal. Know more about the services they offer by visiting LegacyLegal.com now.

Remember the sign

Friday, May 15th, 2009

My friend told me that she let three of her old relatives to accompany her to the office. Her plan was to get in the office and leave them in the lobby, sign the documents that she needed to sign, and then go out with them again to the mall where she would be shopping for them. She left her relatives near the Exit Sign where she asked them to wait for her. When she went out of her office, she was lectured by one of her old relatives about the importance of a fire exit. And she was questioned about why their office was blocking one of the fire exits of the building. Good for the relative that she knows about the importance of fire exits.

I believe there are ordinances or even laws that states that each building or establishment should have fire exits with the proper exit signs at the top of the door. Everyone should comply. Fire, earthquake, bomb threats and other unexpected emergencies happen. We do not want to be trapped inside the building with no means of escape, right?

EXIT SIGNS are very important. They serve as the lighted beam that we all follow to lead us to safety. That’s why during fire drills and other building emergency exercises, we are reminded of the locations of various fire exits in every floor of the building. We are reminded that we cannot use the elevator and will rely solely on fire exits.

Now, if you are from the building administration and your building has no proper exit signs, make sure that you go to Energy Star right away, check out the features that your exit sign should have, and be guided properly. Remember the sign. Exit sign. Energy Star. Go and visit EnergyStar.gov now and get that exit sign!

I wonder…

Whatever happened to the Italian Red Cross volunteer worker, Eugenio Vagni, kidnapped by the Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG)? A little less than an hour ago, I read that there was a clash between our military and the ASG.

Lt. Col. Edgard Arevalo, the military spokesman on the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) crisis, said the clash took place at about 9:35 a.m. on Tuesday in sitio Bunga, barangay Buanza in the town of Indanan.

But did you know that according to Lt. Col. Arevalo, there was no sighting of the Italian ICRC worker. Vagni is said to be suffering from hernia and is really sick.

I hope and pray that a good news will be announced soon and it will be Vagni’s release from the hands of the ASG.

Stemulite is a true healthy product. And that is what Stemulite is all about. And what’s good about it is that it produces better results than other health supplements out there. It increases wellness and energy which is a far cry from other products promising the same results. Remember Stemulite if you are looking for a protein power mix.

Monday, May 11th, 2009

There was a typhoon that hit the country last week. Lucky for us our house is on an elevated area of the city we were not affected by the flood brought on by the typhoon. Two of my college buddies who live in areas that experienced floods were now replacing furniture damaged by the flood. Both of them was lucky to save their flat and lcd tv sets. Only their tv stands will be replaced. Too bad one of them had their refrigerator repaired.

Health-related jobs

Monday, May 11th, 2009

My cousin has a degree in Nutrition and is having a hard time finding a job related to her course. She is applying for an overseas job but there are only a handful of openings and most are asking for a work experience. She is thinking of going into medical assistant training school now instead of waiting indefinitely for a job that isn’t coming. There is a limited number of job openings for health-related courses these days and triple the number of applicants for each job opening there is. That’s why I didn’t allow my brother to take up Nursing.

Result of bad decisions

Saturday, May 9th, 2009

Have you heard about credit cards for people with bad credit? I did, through my friend. Read his story…

A friend of mine got into trouble as a result of bad decisions he made in the past. He got two credit cards and splurged like there’s no tomorrow! In three days, he managed to max out both cards. Imagine that! And when payment time came, he was hard pressed for cash. He managed to pay two large amounts and then defaulted on the succeeding payments. He now has a bad credit standing because of it. He had the two credit cards suspended before but now he needs even one for emergencies. Good thing there are credit cards for bad credit standing like he has.

Of course, no financial institution will give credit to a person with a bad credit report. But then, there are people out there that experienced a change in circumstances in life and are now more than eligible for an extension of credit. Credit Card Flyers can help people get bad credit credit cards. Go to their web site and know more on how you can get another shot at owning a credit card you can use for those days you are short on cash. And then take care of your credit standing. Pay on time and talk to the financial agents if you encounter a problem along the way.

Not brand new

Friday, May 8th, 2009

My dad is asking me if we can buy a brand new car so that we can use it when we go out of town. We always go out of town when we get a chance. It is a way of bonding for the whole family. One day soon, each one of us will be leaving home to live a new life with our own families. So my dad wants to savor each moment with us now that we are all still single. But I told him that buying a brand new car is out of the question. A second hand car I can buy.

When I told him that, my dad immediately asked me to open a web site where we can check out cars that we can afford. I remembered that a friend told me about The Car Shop. I keyed in CarShop.co.uk and we searched for used vans right away! We are a large family so a used car is not what we are looking for. We want a van so we can all fit in.

Now, if you also want to search for a used car or van like what we did, all you have to do is go to The Car Shop, look for the search facility they have on their homepage. You can find it at the upper left hand side of the homepage. Select the make, car model, minimum and maximum price you are willing to shell out, and the location from which the car will come from. And click the search button. You will immediately see a list of available used cars and vans. Search for the one that you think will fit your needs the best.

So for used cars and vans, go to CarShop.co.uk now and find the car or van that will fit your needs and budget.
