Credit report dispute

A friend of mine has a Credit Report Dispute issue with one of the big credit card companies here in the country. He is having a hard time clearing this issue with them. The thing is, it is fine with my friend if the issue will run its due course. But then he is newly married and he wants to be able to loan some money to furnish the townhouse he’s renting with his wife.
