New local job

Someone I know is looking for a new job. She has one now but is not content with her growth within the company. It’s too slow for her and it’s been three years already. Anyway, I told her that before checking out any other site, make sure to check out local jobs first. It’s easiest to get a job locally than to find one in another place. The company would most likely think they are better off with someone living within the same city rather than someone who is living so far away.

I do hope she finds a new job soon. One where she can also find the career growth she’s been raring to have for a long time.
