Nadine will have a dental appointment a couple of times in the next two weeks. She will be fitted with a thermoplastic nightguard. She is suffering from Bruxism and she’s wanted to do something to get it treated for the longest time. She’s started noticing it when she went out with her cousins. They told her that she grinds her teeth at night while she’s asleep. Aside from the fact that she also slightly snores. Ever since, and that’s about five years ago, she’s wanted to get it treated. But there’s school and now work that were on the way. Now that her schedule is a bit flexible, she is taking advantage of it and will get the nightguard to at least prevent grinding.
Good thing that one of her friends told her to ask for help with her Bruxism problem. She didn’t know what it was in the beginning. In the town where she grew up, grinding of teeth is considered bad luck. That, coupled with the fact that she’s conscious of what others she might be spending night time with, made her want to get her Bruxism treated right away. And now she will!
She will also get her snoring treated after.
