Why Not YOU?

I saw this motivational message from Jillian Michaels of The Biggest Loser fame and I thought I’d share it here with you guys. I am the type of person who gets a boost whenever I read something motivational/inspirational. That’s why I subscribe in Facebook pages of this kind.
Back to Jillian’s message…
She’s right! We often think that others are deserving over ourselves. It’s not really humility or meekness on our part when we say or think that way but our sense of self-worth. We need to realize that we are also deserving of the good of life. We can start by taking care of ourselves more.
