“We all want to fall in love. Why? Because that experience makes us feel completely alive. Where every sense is heightened, every emotion is magnified, our everyday reality is shattered and we are flying into the heavens. It may only last a moment, an hour, an afternoon. But that doesn’t diminish its value. Because we are left with memories that we treasure for the rest of our lives.”

“Relationships-of all kinds-are like sand held in your hand. Held loosely, with an open hand, the sand remains where it is. The minute you close your hand and squeeze tightly to hold on, the sand trickles through your fingers. You may hold onto some of it, but most will be spilled. A relationship is like that. Held loosely, with respect and freedom for the other person, it is likely to remain intact. But hold too tightly, too possessively, and the relationship slips away and is lost.”

There are millions of quotes out there and nothing could ever describe what Michael and me have right now. He’s one of my bestest man in the world! Love you, Kel. Happy Birthday to you. *kisses
Reason Revealed.
I started blogging seriously last 2003. My first blog served as my outlet; it is where I pour out my thoughts and angst on the things which happened to me during my low times. Now that I’ve finished schooling, I had more time to blog. I met many wonderful people, made friends instantly, and was able to get to know them better.
Aside from my blog being my own ‘outlet’, I started to write randomly – happy thoughts and wild ideas, or whatever pops into my mind whenever I feel like writing - until a blogger friend of mine introduced me to PayPerPost, a blog marketing program which allows a person to make a post about the things they love and they get paid for doing it. I didn’t think twice so I registered (which was last June 2007), then got accepted, and now, I’m being paid for the posts I made.
As of now, I’ve made 11 posts in PPP and was paid more than $60 for those posts which is really not bad at all. I’m planning to keep those greenies and wait till it reaches a thousand bucks so I could buy myself a laptop from Dell. I need a laptop badly so I can do my private stuffs alone without my brother or sister bugging me. And besides, it is more convenient to use since I could bring it with me wherever I go.
So if you want to earn more cash through blogging, just click on the PayPerPost badge found on the rightmost sidebar of my page. And I hope you will enjoy making money out of it.
Personality Improvement
This is just a quick post.
I really hate it when someone keeps on bugging me even though I told him to stop. I also hate it whenever someone keeps on bragging about some stuffs and he keeps on picking and mentioning you (you = who is silently doing your own thing). I hate it when someone hardly tries to make you look like a fool or laughing stock in the crowd (you = silently doing your own thing, again). I really, really hate it when someone makes me irritated intentionally!
And I’m the type of person who is easily angered by those stupid things! Stupid because aside from his foolishness, the person who does that to me is dumb and a total jerk. And I feel sorry for him, too, because maybe he needs more attention from people that’s why he’s doing those pranks and other kagaguhan to other people. Heis such a big time loser. On the lighter side, I’m happy because I realized I was able to hold back my anger and refrain myself from blurting out some unpleasant words.
(talking to myself) “Congratulations, Mel. You were able to improve your self-control and I guess you need to treat yourself this afternoon, an ice cream or some cookies wouldn’t be bad.”
PLUGS: HaPpY BirTHdAy, KeyT!!
Looking Forward.
Have you received an email before regarding the date of the holidays this year? Well, there will be another long weekend this August so let’s rejoice! Woot - woot! On August 21, it’s Ninoy Aquino’s Day and on August 27, it is the National Heroes Day, and knowing GMA she has this habit of moving the holiday date ahead or later the exact date. For me to be more understandable, it would be a day off from work again on August 20 and August 27. And so, *drum roll please* we’ll be having 2 long weekends this coming month! Hooray.
I’ve got to plan ahead on how to spend this 2 weekends. Well, some of my officemates and me has been planning on a road trip and we think it would be best to do it on the first long weekend. If our plans would push through, we’ll be heading North (to Ilocos) and we might as well say hello to Pagudpod Island! Wee.. I’m too excited right now. For my second long weekend, I still have to think about it. My safest option is to just stay at home. :p
And you? How are you going to spend it?
My Horoscope for the day..
THE BOTTOM LINE
Your reputation should be your primary concern right now, so be cautious with it.
IN DETAIL
Paying close attention to how you come off to other people is not vain or silly — it’s actually quite practical. After all, having a good reputation is very important. It can open doors and influence people to listen to what you have to say. So pay more attention to how credible and honorable you seem. Your reputation should be one of your primary concerns, so take care to show yourself in the best light. That means you need to dress for success, do your research and be confident!
