Hyperactive neighbor

A neighbor of mine is hyperactive. I noticed this because he kept on walking in front of every other neighbors’ houses, including ours. I thought he might be suffering from something. I was told by someone close to him that he is taking an hgh supplement and that it is making him more energized. He always feels the need to do something constructive that’s why he’s ‘patrolling’ the neighborhood during odd hours.
It was creepy but he is a genuinely nice person and when I heard the reason, I knew he’s fine.
