House hunting

Have you heard of the robbery that happened while a real estate agent was touring a ‘client’ in a house being sold? When my aunt heard that, she makes sure that when she goes house hunting, I am with her and two older male cousins of mine.
She wants to check the laminate flooring that a house she already checked with my uncle has. She wants the house already but she has some things inside it that she wants replaced before paying for it. The flooring is fine. But the plumbing needs repair and the walls need to be checked for termites. She likes the house already so she keeps going back to the place. It’s her fourth time now.
The first time she went there, she was alone. But when the news broke out of that house hunting robbery, she doesn’t go on house tour without someone to accompany her.
