New prescription glasses

I went to see my eye doctor about a week ago to get new prescription glasses from her. I felt like my eyesight became poorer and I was right! My eye grade jump a bit higher that’s why I don’t feel comfortable with the glasses I was wearing. My doctor got me to use the vision screener to check my eye grade. I have astigmatism so that has to be taken into consideration.
I regret not taking care of my eyesight. I used to read in the dark. My mom would tell me not to do it but I still did. As a result, my eyesight is now that of an old woman.
