Jason Vedadi: Building Homes in North Dakota and Golfing in Tunisia
Jason Vedadi’s numerous but overlapping interests have helped him become the successful entrepreneur he is today. Although he spends most of the time overseeing Titanium Builders and Development, which he founded in 2006, he still finds time to travel around the world and compete in amateur golf tournaments.
Building Businesses
Soon after launching Titanium Builders and Development in Spokane, Washington, Jason Vedadi expanded his company into new territories, including in Arizona, Idaho, Montana and North Dakota. Titanium Builders and Development is a high-end building company that specializes in planned communities.
Although the company has successfully built a popular planned community called Hunter’s Run in North Dakota, the company also has extensive experience in other types of projects. For example, Titanium Builders has created high-end housing developments, multi-family housing units and retail offices, just to name a few. Vedadi’s leadership and strong background in the real estate industry is helping the relatively new company grow and thrive.
Exploring the World
When he can, Vedadi takes a break from building his business to enjoy another of his passions: traveling to remote areas of the world to learn about world history. For example, Vedadi recently visited the Red Square in Moscow, Russia, to learn about the city’s famous landmarks. He also visited the pyramids in Cairo, Egypt to explore that ancient civilization. While in Amsterdam, he visited Anne Frank’s home and then toured the somber concentration camp Auschwitz to learn more about World War II. His travels have also taken him to the deserts of Morocco, where he participated in an adventurous camel trek. While traveling the world, he also finds time to pursue another passion: golfing.
A Lifetime of Golfing
Jason Vedadi has loved golfing ever since he was a child. When he was younger, he even dreamed of becoming a professional golfer. Today, as a professional business owner, he still manages to find time to compete and succeed in golfing competitions. In 2006, he achieved amateur golfing status. Since achieving the coveted status, Vedadi has qualified for several United States Golf Association (USGA) events. His victory in the Flathead Beacon Pro-Scratch Golf Tournament is one of his most notable accomplishments. Vedadi along with his teammate have won the Flathead Beacon every year since its inception.
Sometimes, Vedadi combines his love of travel and his passion for golf. He has golfed at some of the most prestigious courses around the world and experienced picturesque views while enjoying the game he loves. Some of the most notable courses he has played on include the nine courses in Tenerife, which is located three hours from mainland Europe and the British Isles; in Tunisia, which is a North African country that has lovely golf courses featuring a backdrop of camels and pink flamingos; in Spain, which maintains moderate temperatures throughout the year, allowing players to wear a short-sleeved shirt and shorts even in November; and in Turkey, which is fast becoming a popular golfing destination for Scandinavian, German and British travelers.
Jason Vedadi understands the importance of diligence and hard work when it comes to being successful in business. However, he also understands how to have fun and let loose by enjoying various locations and golf courses around the world.
