I really love to share my gratefulness weekly but my current situation kind of prevents me from staying long infront of my PC but now I’m thankful that I have my laptop already and this allows me to manage my blogsite.
As my second entry, here’s my thankful list:
Have a blessed day!

Hello everyone!
Please allow me to re-use this picture that I have once used in my WS entry in November:
“There’s the San Kilo Bridge behind me, a hundred-meter long, seven-inch wide narrow foot bridge, more like balance beam to me, with seashell hurdles. And below it is the 9-ft deep palaisdaan (fish pond) but it is more of a boggy marsh. The water smells of moss and quite fishy and really very murky. We were imagining that the Swamp Thing lives there and will come out anytime. The challenge is that if you cross the bridge carrying a pail of water without falling into the pond while battling the sea shell hurdles that increases in number as you go along the bridge and won’t get distracted with the bunch of crazy monkeys spitting water all over you, you will get a kilo of fish for free or two kilos if you cross it backwards. So is there anyone here brave enough to cross this bridge huh?“

I have been Thanking the Almighty for so many blessings that He has been giving to me. Here are just some of them:
1. For giving me another angel who’s due to set his/her foot on earth in July
2. For giving me the love of my life who has been very patient with me in dealing with my sensitive pregnancy
3. For giving me a very positive perspective in life especially when I lost my first angel to miscarriage last year
4. For the courage to fight my sickness and feel better for my hubby and baby
5. For wonderful friends who got my back right from the very start
To Thee be the glory always

Blogging Stuff
Published by snippets at under meme
I was tagged by Maiylah and here goes nothing…
1. How long have you been blogging?
I started blogging July of last year. My blog’s name then was Dances with Fairies. Ever since I was a kid I always believed in them so I dedicated that blog to the fairies of the world.
2. What inspired you to start a blog and who are your mentors?
I wanted to have a journal of my life but then unlike diaries, I get to know other people’s views about the stuff that I write and they get to learn a thing or two from me too. It’s a two way street. We both end up learning from each other. My mentor is my friend of 15 years Sasha.
Writing has always been my passion and I wanted to have an outlet to the overflowing ideas in my mind. It’s getting cramped in my head and it has to come out sometime. Then a friend of mine, introduced me to get paid to blog programs and the rest is history! LOL! I have the best of both worlds, I get to write which is what I really love doing and I’m getting paid for it! I win either way!
Keeping in touch with old friends that are across the miles, getting more closer to friends that are already near and making new friends in the blogosphere.
5. Tell me 3 things you STRUGGLE within the online world.
Writing personal posts if I’m too swamped with paid advertisements, visiting my online neighbors’ blogs from time to time and I’m still not used to destructive criticisms from spammers. Maybe in time I will.

A meme is a good way of spreading love and meeting interesting bloggers. I have joined Thursday 13 and Friday’s Feast mainly because I love the free flowing process of the memes and to be quite honest, I want additional traffic to this site.
But the latter goal was put aside because I now truly enjoy these memes I’ve joined. I got to meet a lot of interesting bloggers through these and have even met three Pinay bloggers, Friday’s Child, Bongga Mom and Joyce.
Just the other day I was talking to a friend and we’re thinking of ways on how to get to know other bloggers even more. Let’s face it, not all of us know a lot about our blogger-friends. And when we’re bombarded with a lot of information at once, we pick out the most interesting tidbit about him/her and gloss over the rest.
So I thought of putting up a long-term meme just like Thursday 13 and Friday’s Feast…
REVELATION SUNDAY
Revelation Sunday will be a bi-monthly meme (every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month), free flowing and will be about anything you want to reveal about yourself. It can be as simple as I took my officemate’s pen the other day to a more deep one like I have an STD… anything you want to reveal at all.
A lot of bloggers do not like doing memes because it can be tedious and sometimes it is hard to think of what to write. This is not a mandatory meme, okay? You can join now and then re-join 3 months later when you have something to reveal then. What do I get if I join this meme? Well, you get to be in the Revelation Sunday blogroll after two posts. And you get to meet other bloggers and know juicy stuff about them
So what do you think? Would you like to join? Or do you have anything else you want to add to this? I’d appreciate comments from you. Lemme know what you think. It will let me know if I will push through with this.
Please visit Sasha says… for more information.
Have a nice day everyone!

The heat in Manila has been unbearable for the past few months now. Even if you’re inside an airconditioned room, the heat could still find its way in. What I normally do is get an electric fan and direct the fan somewhere in my vicinity. Still not enough.
In a few weeks’ time, probably around last week of June, rain would start pouring in so that would alleviate the blistering heat, thank God.

Which would be your idea of fun…?
1. A mani/pedi or mountain biking?
>> That would be a mani/pedi for me. I am not the outdoor type of person so mountain biking wouldn’t be any fun for me.
2. A day at the beach or a day on the slopes?
>> Definitely a day at the beach! Staring at the blue waters, sipping some cool fruit juice, chatting with friends or simply staring at nothing and cleansing your mind and spirit.
3. Dinner at a 5 star restaurant or homecooking at a diner?
>> Homecooking at a diner anytime over a 5 star restaurant. You can let loose your hair and enjoy a meal rather than being all proper and stiff.
4. Coffee and a good book at a coffee shop or a cold drink and a good book in the park?
>> Coffee and a good book at a coffee shop. Coffee and a good book is a relaxing and powerful combination for me
5. Musical theater a là Broadway or a movie in the theater?
>> A movie in the theater would be fantastic!
6. An evening at the opera or a rock concert?
>> A rock concert would be a blast! Opera is not for me, I guess.
7. Manilow or Metallica?
>> Manilow for me. Oh Mandy! Hehehe
Happy Fun Friday everyone!
