The decision…

Posted by mel on November 27, 2007

Regarding the digital camera I’d want to have, I’ve decided which one to get. My choice is the Canon Powershot SD870 IS (Black edition) model because I think I’d enjoy it much more than the SX-100. And it is ultra-compact which means I can bring it anywhere, anytime. And I guess the SLR/DSLR I’m dreaming of could wait.

My friend also advised me that it’s much better to buy my own laptop first then the digital camera right after. Woooh, don’t you think I’m too extravagant this holiday? Haha. So that’s it. I’ll update you more soon ok?

Watches.

Posted by mel on November 27, 2007

I mentioned before that I am planning to buy a new wrist watch for myself. I admit that I am not an “on-time person” but I’m used to wearing a wrist watch wherever I go. Plus it’s more convenient for me to know the time by just lifting my right arm and looking at the time than taking out my mobile phone and look at it. And here’s my problem again, I still don’t know which watch I should purchase. I’m sort of picky when it comes to my favorite things like watches, digicameras, clothes, bags, shoes, and so much more.

And moreover, I am also planning to buy my boyfriend a new wrist watch, too. He’s quite choosy just like me but considering my financial status, I can’t buy him expensive watches yet like MontBlanc watches or Raymond Weil watches. I still have to think it over and make a budget for all these things this Christmas.

Vegas Hotel

Posted by mel on November 27, 2007

Have you ever heard Caesars Palace? Or have you ever dreamed of spending one night there for a vacation? My best friend has been staying in Los Angeles for 6 years with her grand mother while her whole family is here in Philippines. She is still taking her Masteral Degree in Arts in a university in Rhode Island. So anyway, she told me one time she went to Las Vegas with her boyfriend and played in casino. She even told me about this majestic hotel in las Vegas, which is the Caesars Palace. She haven’t gone inside yet but she is sure that its entertainment place is a thousand seater Colosseum Theater. Well, going to Vegas is not yet part of my travel plan in the future but let’s see. :)
