I realized that I always struggle with this. I have been racking my brain for appropriate topics that will go in this category but I could come up with nothing. And then it hit me! Health nuggets and work tidbits. Something to make one think or ponder. Something that will catch the SEs. Hmm… good idea! Thanks to Tita Liza, she gave me something to think about
