on death

one week before my hubby’s birthday my brother-in-law died after a year he was diagnosed with malignant tumor. as we were in a week mourn for the lost of a family member, just want to share everyone  this poem from every lost loveone:

Don’t grieve for me,
for now I’m free.
I could not stay another day
to laugh, to love, to work or play.

Tasks left undone must stay that way.
I’ve found that peace at the close of the day
If my parting has left a void,
then fill it with remembered joy.

A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss
all these things I too shall miss.
Be not burdened with times of sorrow
I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow.

My life’s been full, I have savored much,
good friends, good times, a loved one’s touch
Perhaps my time seemed all too brief
don’t lengthen it now with undue grief.

Lift up your heart and share with me
for now, my friends, I am truly free.

A miracle of God

A Miracle of God?

One afternoon, a couple was traveling on the road when all of a sudden at a far distance they saw a woman in the middle of the road waving her arms asking them to stop. The wife told her husband to keep on driving because it might be too dangerous, but the husband decided to pass by slowly so he wouldn’t have any doubt in his mind of what might have happened and the chance of anyone being hurt. As they got closer, they noticed the woman had cuts and bruises on her face and arms. They decided to stop and see if they could be of any help.

The cut and bruised woman begged for help telling them that she had been in a car accident and that her husband and son, a new born baby, were still inside the car which was in a deep ditch. She told them that the husband was already dead but her baby seemed to still be alive. The man decided to go down and try to rescue the baby and he asked the hurt woman to stay with his wife inside the their car.

When he got down to the car he noticed two people in the front seat of the car but he didn’t pay much attention to it. He took the baby out and quickly went back to give the baby to it’s mother.

When he got up to his car, he didn’t see the mother anywhere. He asked his wife where she had gone. She told him that the woman had followed him back to the car crash. The man decided to go back to look for the woman, it was obvious that the two people in the front seat of the car were dead; a woman and a man with both their seatbelts on. When he took a closer look, he noticed that it was the same woman that had begged them for help in the middle of the road. The baby is now with family members and has lived to tell the story.

Do you think that this was a miracle of God? If you believe in the Almighty and that miracles like this can truly happen, send this to your friends. If you don’t send it, nothing will happen, only that someone will miss out on the opportunity to know the greatness of the Lord.

with the drizzy rain, yesterday we drove to Cologne to settle some bills. naaah… its payday! but so many obligations to meet and it is a must to settle all the bills on time.

inspite of the rain we still manage to have a walk along the busy streets of Cologne.
